P1032 Digital Pattern Instrument

P1032 module is a high-density 100MHz PXI bus digital-analog instrument, primarily used for feature analysis, verification, and testing of various digital and mixed-signal integrated circuits. It can also be used for simulation and fault diagnosis of digital signals in board-level circuits. This module consists of a data sequence controller and 32 functionally identical data channels, expandable up to 512 channels. It supports DC/AC parameter testing, with each digital channel individually configurable as driver high, driver low, detector high, detector low, or programmable electronic load.
